Project objectives:
Main objective: Strengthening the capacity of at least 40 NGOs and social partners to get involved in elaborating and promoting development at the local level, by developing and implementing mechanisms and procedures for interaction with local public authorities, as well as through specialized training and networking.
Specific objectives:
Specific objective 1: Strengthening the capacity to collaborate and active participation of non-governmental organizations and social partners, through the development and implementation of a consultation mechanism at the level of the Aiud City Hall, called the Consultative Group for Local Development (CDL).
Specific objective 2: Development of specific skills at the level of staff within NGOs and social partners by conducting 6 specialized training sessions, certifying a minimum of 80 participants, as well as through a thematic cooperation network at the local level.
Specific objective 3: Improving the capacity of non-governmental organizations and social partners to expand their area of intervention, by developing a tool for independent monitoring and evaluation of policies and strategies at the local level, as well as by developing two procedures for the interaction of NGOs with the local public authorities.
Aimed results:
Project result 1: a consultation mechanism at the local level called the Consultative Group for Local Development (CDL) developed within the project and implemented in partnership with the Aiud City Hall.
Project result 2: minimum 80 representatives of NGOs and social partners certified at the end of the training sessions.
Project result 3: two procedures elaborated for the interaction of NGOs with local public authorities.
Project result 4: a guide as a tool for independent monitoring and evaluation of policies and strategies at the local level.
Project budget: 424.197,11 RON (a total of 415.713,18 RON assured by grants)
Period of implementation: August 2022 – December 2023

Specific objective 2.1.: Introduction of common systems and standards in local public administration that optimize beneficiary-oriented processes in accordance with SCAP.
